BREAK IT WITH BOYD — STORE POLICIES

GENERAL OVERVIEW

By purchasing any product—whether physical, digital, or service-based—from Break It With Boyd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the terms outlined in this Store Policies document.

These policies cover:

• Shipping

• Refunds

• Digital product rules

• Legal liability

• Manufacturing limitations

• Order responsibility

If you do not agree with these policies, please do not make a purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

A. Fulfillment

All merchandise is printed, packaged, and shipped by Printful, a third-party fulfillment provider.
Break It With Boyd does not ship items ourselves.

B. Shipping Times (Estimated)

• Canada: 5–15 business days

• USA: 5–12 business days

• International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times vary depending on carrier delays, customs, season, and Printful production times.

C. Order Processing

Most orders take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.

D. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Break It With Boyd is not liable for:

• Packages lost in transit

• Packages marked “delivered” but not received

• Stolen packages

• Delays caused by carriers or customs

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will assist with information if needed.

E. Incorrect Address

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address:

• Customer is responsible for replacement and re-shipping fees

• Refunds are not offered

Printful may return or discard the package depending on their policy.

F. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days

• Provide photos + order number

We will submit a claim to Printful for a replacement (no refunds).

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on:

• Merch (except manufacturer defects)

• Digital products

• Training programs

• WICs

• Camps or classes

• Film breakdowns

• PDFs, playbooks, or downloadable items

Refunds are not given for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Buyer’s remorse

• Shipping delays

• Lost packages

• Incorrect address input

• Personal preference or expectations

Only manufacturer errors qualify for replacement (not refund).

 DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable under all circumstances.

This includes:

• PDF guides

• Playbooks

• Training programs

• Video files

• Digital downloads

• Online WIC material

• Recorded film sessions

A. Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through:

• Email link

• Instant download

• Online access page

• Google Drive

• Customer account

Customers are responsible for saving their files.

B. License & Usage

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal-use license only.

You MAY NOT:

• Share

• Upload

• Reproduce

• Resell

• Distribute

• Use in coaching programs

• Give to teammates or other athletes

Violations may result in legal action.

C. Technical Issues

Break It With Boyd is not responsible for:

• Device compatibility

• Internet issues

• Email access issues

• Lost download links (we will resend when possible)

• Platform outages

Technical issues do not qualify for a refund.

STORE LEGAL LIABILITY STATEMENT

By purchasing from Break It With Boyd, you acknowledge the following:

A. Manufacturing Liability

Because Printful manufactures all items, Break It With Boyd is not responsible for:

• Colour variations

• Material feel

• Print placement differences

• Sizing discrepancies

• Production delays

• Out-of-stock items

B. Shipping Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost or stolen packages

• Carrier delays

• Incorrect addresses

• Customs delays or fees

• Packages marked “delivered” but missing

C. Payment Responsibility

You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method used at checkout.
Chargebacks made outside these policies may result in loss of future access and legal action.

D. Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for:

• HST (applied at checkout for Ontario)

• Duties and import fees (international orders)

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STORE PURCHASES

By purchasing from our store, you agree that:

• All merchandise is final sale except manufacturing defects

• All digital products are final sale

• Break It With Boyd does not guarantee sizing accuracy

• Shipping dates are estimates

• Refunds are not given for delays or carrier issues

• Printful controls production, shipping, and replacement approvals

Break It With Boyd may update these policies at any time.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees:

• These policies were available at checkout

• All risks relating to shipping, printing, and delivery are understood

• Break It With Boyd cannot be held liable for issues caused by third parties

• All sales are final per the policies above

BREAK IT WITH BOYD — UNIVERSAL LEGAL LIABILITY, CONSENT & TERMS AGREEMENT

This Universal Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all participants, including athletes, parents/guardians, and coaches (“Participant,” “You”), engaging in any activity, purchase, or service provided by Break It With Boyd (“Company,” “we,” “our”).
By registering, purchasing, attending, or participating in any program, camp, clinic, session, consultation, or store purchase, you accept ALL terms in this Agreement.

 PROGRAMS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT

This Agreement applies to all Break It With Boyd offerings:

Athletic Training & Sport Activities

• 1-on-1 sessions

• Position sessions

• Camps

• Clinics

• WICs (Work-In-Classes)

• Winter/Spring/Summer programs

• Online or in-person training

• Team consulting

• Strength & conditioning sessions

Coaching Programs

• Coach mentorship

• Film school

• Recruiting education

• Online or in-person consultations

Digital Content

• PDFs, Guides, Playbooks

• Programs & Courses

• Film breakdowns

• Downloadable/online materials

Merchandise

• Apparel, accessories, equipment

• Printful-fulfilled products

• Any physical item purchased

ASSUMPTION OF RISK (SPORT, TRAINING, & ATHLETIC ACTIVITY)

By participating in any Break It With Boyd activity, you acknowledge:

• Football and athletic training involve inherent risk

• Injuries may occur despite safe coaching, including:

  • Sprains, strains, fractures

  • Concussions

  • Impact injuries

  • Muscle tears

  • Weather or equipment-related injuries

  • Collisions or falls

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

Break It With Boyd, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained through participation.

Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless:

• Break It With Boyd

• All coaches, assistants, volunteers

• Affiliates, partners, facility owners

• Staff, sponsors, and representatives

from any and all liability arising from:

• Participation in training

• Use of facilities or equipment

• Travel to or from sessions

• Online activities or digital training

• Camps, clinics, and special events

This includes liability for ordinary negligence.

You also agree to indemnify Break It With Boyd against any claims brought by third parties due to your actions or your child’s actions.

 MEDICAL CONSENT & EMERGENCY PERMISSION

By participating, you acknowledge:

• You (or your child) are physically capable of participating

• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions

• You grant permission for coaches to seek emergency medical care if needed

• You assume full financial responsibility for medical treatment

• Break It With Boyd is not responsible for medical outcomes or decisions

 BEHAVIOR, CONDUCT, & REMOVAL POLICY

Participants must:

• Follow all coach instructions

• Act respectfully toward staff and athletes

• Avoid aggressive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior

• Avoid bullying or harassment

• Respect facility rules and equipment

Break It With Boyd reserves the right to remove any participant, coach, or parent without refund for:

• Unsafe behavior

• Disrespect or harassment

• Facility damage

• Repeated rule violations

• Conduct that jeopardizes safety or environment

 PHOTO & VIDEO MEDIA CONSENT

By attending or participating, you grant permission for:

• Photos

• Videos

• Training clips

• Media footage

• Testimonials

• Social media use

• Website use

• Marketing or promotional materials

You understand:

• No compensation is provided

• Content may be used indefinitely

• Parents grant consent on behalf of minors

Consent can be revoked for future content only, not past media.

 DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

All digital products—including guides, programs, courses, video files, breakdowns—are:

• Final sale

• Non-refundable

• Delivered via download or link

• Intended for personal use only

You may NOT:

• Share

• Reproduce

• Upload

• Resell

• Distribute

• Use for team/coaching purposes

• Transfer access to another person

Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

MERCH SALES, SHIPPING, & PRINTFUL LIABILITY

All merchandise is manufactured and shipped by Printful, not Break It With Boyd.

Break It With Boyd is NOT liable for:

• Manufacturing inconsistencies

• Sizing errors from customers

• Colour variations

• Shipping delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Wrong addresses entered by customers

• Customs delays or fees

If defective:

Customer must contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will request a replacement through Printful (no refunds).

TAXES & PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing, you agree:

• You are responsible for all taxes (including 13% HST in Ontario)

• You authorized the payment method used

• Chargebacks inconsistent with these terms may result in legal action

• Duties or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds are NOT offered on:

• Camps

• 1-on-1s

• Digital products

• Merchandise

• Consultations

• Clinics

• WICs

• Film sessions

• Missed sessions

• No-shows

Only manufacturing defects (via Printful) qualify for replacement.

 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

• 24+ hours notice: session may be rescheduled

• Less than 24 hours: session is forfeited

• No-shows: no reschedule, no refund

• Camps and clinics cannot be rescheduled or refunded

If WE cancel for weather/safety/facility issues → you receive a reschedule or credit, not a refund.

 COACH PARTICIPATION WAIVER

Coaches involved in Boyd programs (clinic, mentorship, assistant roles) agree that:

• They operate independently unless otherwise contracted

• They assume full responsibility for their conduct and actions

• They waive liability against Break It With Boyd

• They will not share confidential materials or programs

• They agree to the same injury & risk terms as athletes

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE

All materials—including:

• Training methods

• Playbooks

• Videos

• Branding

• Camp systems

• Drills

• Templates

are property of Break It With Boyd.

You may NOT copy or use them to create competing programs.

AGREEMENT & BINDING CONSENT

By:

• Purchasing a product

• Booking a session

• Attending a camp/clinic

• Participating in training

• Accessing digital material

• Signing up your child

• Checking “I Agree” at checkout

You acknowledge:

✔️ You have read, understood, and agree to ALL terms
✔️ You voluntarily accept all risks
✔️ You grant all media and medical permissions
✔️ You release Break It With Boyd from liability
✔️ You accept all refund, shipping, tax, and product terms
✔️ This agreement is legally binding
